Mail and CRM functionality is now available for all PressPage users, making PR distribution faster, simpler, and more effective

Since it was introduced a few years back, PressPage Mail has proven to be extremely useful to reach new audiences and to relieve some of the pain points in the PR workflow. With time, we’ve been making improvements to it, achieving simpler and better-integrated communication for teams around the world. 

In order to make these benefits widely accessible and let PR and communications teams distribute their stories with ease, we’ll soon be offering a version of our Mail and CRM tools – with the essentials you need to take your PR Distribution efforts further – to all PressPage users. 

PR distribution is key when it comes to achieving results. With these features, you’ll be able to: 

Add, store, and safely manage your media contacts

Add your contacts manually or create GDPR compliant subscription boxes in your newsroom, build lists to keep them organized, filter them based on multiple criteria, add notes, and see how you’ve interacted with them.

 

Build engaging email campaigns in a matter of minutes

Create emails based on a release or build them from scratch with the drag-and-drop email editor. You can also add multimedia links that will direct your contacts to your newsroom, so they can find every bit of information they need.

 

Keep track of your campaign's performance

See how your emails perform by looking at metrics like opens, clicks, and unsubscribes and use those learnings to improve engagement.

 

You can store unlimited contacts and create as many lists as you need, the number of monthly emails you can send is based on your current package tier. If you have more ambitious plans for your PR Distribution and would like to have a much higher limit of emails, personalization options, access to templates, and dive deeper into historical engagement data for each contact, you can always upgrade to Mail Premium. As is the case with our other products, we’ll provide continuous updates and keep implementing user experience improvements to make using PressPage as smooth as possible.
